Own the vision, roadmap, backlog, lifecycle, and global operation of Kantar’s Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Sales platform. Partner with sales, marketing, technology, developers, operations, and vendors to translate business needs into product requirements, deliver integrations and enhancements, optimize workflows and automation, improve CRM data quality, and drive adoption of reporting and analytics. Lead CRM strategy and post-launch improvements using agile methodologies to increase operational efficiency, innovation, and client satisfaction.

Lead design, delivery, and optimisation of Kantar's Finance ERP landscape (primarily D365 F&O). Own architecture, drive implementations, manage vendors and stakeholders, ensure integrations, performance, compliance, and continuous improvement of ERP systems.
