Lead delivery of brand insights and analytics projects (brand measurement, segmentation, journey mapping, portfolio strategy). Manage questionnaires, analysis, reporting, timelines, quality checks, and mentor 1–2 junior team members while contributing to proposals and process improvements.

Support brand research client accounts by managing day-to-day client communication, contributing to survey design and project execution, tracking project financials and time, learning pricing and statements of work, using tools like SPSS and Survey Reporter, and driving client satisfaction while coordinating with senior team members.

Lead North America tax compliance for partnerships and corporations: prepare and review federal, state, and local returns, calculate and remit quarterly estimates and distributions, produce tax provision inputs, research tax laws and notices, support M&A and international/indirect tax matters, and collaborate with external providers and auditors.
