Support boards and governance across multiple subsidiaries: coordinate board/committee meetings, prepare agendas and packs, take minutes, manage entity lifecycle tasks (incorporations, filings, restructurings, liquidations), maintain statutory registers and records, and liaise with Legal, Finance, Tax, business teams and external advisors to ensure compliance and process improvement.
