Site-based engineer bridging construction and commissioning for a large thermal/EfW plant. Lead final inspections, manage turnover packages, coordinate design changes, piping support and ATEX inspections, ensure as-built P&ID delivery, and enforce project HSEQ compliance.

Provide day-to-day HR administrative support as first point of contact for employees and managers. Maintain employee records, draft HR correspondence, assist with onboarding, payroll administration, training, compliance, and wider People & Culture initiatives in a hybrid Farnborough-based role.

Lead global compensation & benefits projects including EU Pay Transparency implementation, gender pay gap analysis, job evaluation framework review, and Mercer-based job architecture harmonisation. Support annual compensation cycles, benchmarking, bonus processes, modelling and tools. Act as reward advisor to People & Culture and improve policies, analytics, and governance across acquisitions and business lines.
