Leads the safe, compliant, and profitable operation of an energy-from-waste plant. Responsibilities include managing multidisciplinary departments, plant performance, budgets and P&L, regulatory and contractual compliance, HSEQ, risk management, root-cause investigations, continuous improvement, and stakeholder relationships. Requires engineering education, IOSH certification, energy-from-waste or power-generation experience, financial management capability, and strong leadership skills.

Provides administrative and project support for project teams, including booking travel and accommodation, managing documents and correspondence, preparing reports, coordinating meetings and workshops, supporting onboarding, maintaining processes and intranet content, and assisting with expenses and general office administration.

Supports day-to-day HR operations, including UK and Ireland payroll administration, employee and manager guidance, HR correspondence, employee record maintenance, compliance documentation, training and travel administration, and wider People & Culture initiatives. The role serves as an initial HR contact and requires knowledge of UK employment law, strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, configuration, commissioning, and technical support for industrial automation and control systems. The role focuses on Siemens PCS7 and TIA Portal, PLC/DCS control logic, HMI/SCADA, networks, field instrumentation, system integration, and customer training. This UK home-based position supports operational sites, requires participation in a call-out rota, and involves extensive UK travel with possible international travel.

Provides senior legal counsel across global energy and infrastructure businesses. Leads legal strategy, complex domestic and international contract negotiation, high-value dispute resolution, compliance investigations, governance advice, and mentoring of Contract Managers. Requires expertise in project agreements, joint ventures, tendering and execution claims, preferably in power generation, waste-to-energy, infrastructure, O&M, or long-term service contracts. The role is based in Farnborough and requires short-notice travel.
