Build reusable mock backends, APIs, proof-of-concept applications, and demo infrastructure using Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, Terraform, and AI-assisted workflows. Design REST and GraphQL APIs, manage persistence and deployments, collaborate with frontend, Product, and Design teams, support client demonstrations, and mentor the Commercial team on GenAI and engineering standards.

Lead the technical strategy, architecture, and global standards for Kaluza’s CI/CD, release engineering, developer platforms, and infrastructure tooling. Drive DevOps, SRE, DORA metrics, automated testing, deployment safety, and engineering productivity. Mentor engineers, establish scalable cloud-native release practices, and build proofs of concept using AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and GitHub Actions. The role also promotes AI-assisted developer tooling and supports secure, regulated, high-throughput SaaS environments.

Own full-cycle talent acquisition for Technology, Product, and Commercial teams. Source and screen candidates, manage candidate experience through pre-boarding, maintain diverse pipelines, advise hiring managers on inclusive interviewing, use hiring data, and contribute to employer branding, process improvements, partnerships, and recruitment tools.
