Build and ship end-to-end product features across web, mobile, and backend systems. Own product functionality, improve code quality, testing, reliability, and engineering practices, and participate in on-call rotations. Collaborate with product and design, contribute to technical discussions and code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and use AI-powered tooling to improve development effectiveness.

Own end-to-end operational delivery for UK client portfolios, manage senior client relationships, lead onboarding/offboarding, improve processes and tooling, drive SLA performance, run cross-functional projects, and upskill colleagues to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Own strategy and execution for the Events product, leading discovery, roadmap, and launches. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Commercial and Marketing to improve event-day parking, set OKRs, run experiments, manage cross-team dependencies, and mentor other PMs to raise team standards.
