Build, test, and document dbt models in BigQuery to power reporting and BI. Partner with BI and backend teams, improve warehouse performance and costs, and contribute to data governance and semantic layers.

Own end-to-end operational delivery for UK client portfolios, manage senior client relationships, lead onboarding/offboarding, improve processes and tooling, drive SLA performance, run cross-functional projects, and upskill colleagues to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Lead technical direction and deliver full-stack solutions across React frontends and PHP/Go backends. Mentor engineers, architect scalable APIs and SSR, improve performance and observability, modernise legacy systems, and oversee releases and testing strategies for a high-volume transactional platform.

Own CS operational backbone: design processes and playbooks, administer Planhat and integrations (BigQuery, Salesforce, Zendesk), build reports/dashboards, maintain data integrity, run training, and create AI-enabled internal tools/agents to automate workflows and improve CS efficiency.

Support the design team by creating marketing and promotional assets for digital and print, preparing files, executing brand-aligned concepts, and managing design assets while collaborating with Marketing and Sales.

Lead marketing analytics, audience segmentation and CDP activation to support paid, CRM and app channels. Build dashboards in Tableau, manage Hightouch audiences, design and analyze experiments, ensure data quality and governance, and partner cross-functionally with Data, Finance and channel leads to measure, optimize and scale acquisition and retention.

Lead UK consumer lifecycle marketing strategy for JustPark: own onboarding-to-retention programs, upsell/cross-sell journeys, CLTV and retention initiatives, channel strategy (email, push, in-app, paid), audience segmentation, testing, analytics and cross-functional delivery. 12-month FTC reporting to Senior Director, Product Marketing.
