The Product Owner will lead the transformation of the new business experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.

The role involves developing and testing member option calculation tools within the Defined Benefit area, ensuring accuracy, and supporting team development through collaboration and training.

Serve as the Workday technical SME to enhance, support and evolve Workday (especially Advanced Compensation). Deliver configurations, integrations, reporting and dashboards, manage tenant testing and biannual releases, troubleshoot escalations, ensure data integrity and security, and partner with HR and consultants on BAU and strategic initiatives.
