The Internal Audit Manager enhances audit effectiveness via advanced analytics, delivers data insights on risk, and manages audit-related data projects.

Serve as the Workday technical SME to enhance, support and evolve Workday (especially Advanced Compensation). Deliver configurations, integrations, reporting and dashboards, manage tenant testing and biannual releases, troubleshoot escalations, ensure data integrity and security, and partner with HR and consultants on BAU and strategic initiatives.

Lead development and optimisation of the annuities proposition roadmap, acting as senior SME. Define product changes, manage business cases, drive cross-functional delivery with actuarial, pricing, operations and governance, ensure regulatory compliance, use MI and market insight to improve performance, and influence senior stakeholders and external partners.

Lead and manage post-transaction services for DB pensions de-risking, overseeing transitions from contract signing to data approval and handover. Direct the transaction team, manage stakeholder relationships (Trustees, EBCs, Commercial), ensure data vetting and signoffs, drive process improvements, collaborate with development teams on system capabilities, provide MI, and ensure timely project completion and client satisfaction.

As a Senior Technical Transaction Analyst, you will manage new transactions, ensuring accurate data preparation and effective member option outputs. You will provide technical expertise to enhance processes and support transition and onboarding teams effectively.

Support delivery of DB data true-ups and in-force business tasks including scheme valuations and individual member calculations. Produce internal sign-off documentation and draft client deliverables, develop knowledge of team systems and drive projects while promoting collaboration and efficiency.

Lead the Retail Actuarial & Reinsurance pricing team to develop, test and enhance pricing models, tools and databases; improve pricing reporting; drive automation and process improvements; provide technical sign-off; manage insurance risk-related processes; partner with actuarial teams to leverage new technologies; champion customer outcomes; and coach actuarial analysts and assistants.

Support group financial reporting and technical accounting across multi-GAAP frameworks (IFRS, Solvency II). Advise on complex transactions, product accounting, investments, leases, impairments and provisions. Partner with Finance, Actuarial, Investments, Risk and other teams to implement accounting changes, enhance reporting controls, and ensure accurate compliant disclosures.

Provide independent second-line oversight and challenge of investment strategy, portfolio construction and new asset initiatives for a UK retirement income insurer. Assess and monitor investment risks across credit, market, liquidity, capital, valuation and operational dimensions; review methodologies, limits and stress testing; prepare risk opinions and governance papers; escalate material concerns and oversee distressed asset/workout activity.

Manage and improve the Group's finance systems (Oracle EBS, TMS, payments), ensuring security, controls, availability and fit-for-purpose operation. Lead BAU support, change control, testing, supplier relationships and delivery for finance transformations. Act as product owner for finance workstreams, partner with Finance and IT, prioritise changes, report risks/issues, and promote continuous improvement and user capability across the Finance function.

This role involves managing scheme transitions in pensions, focusing on project planning, stakeholder management, and data accuracy while ensuring client commitments are met.

The Product Owner will lead the transformation of the new business experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.
