The Lead Integration Engineer ensures systems, applications, and services work seamlessly together by delivering secure, reliable, high‑performance integration solutions. This hands‑on technical leadership role shapes how integrations are designed, built, automated, and scaled across the business. You’ll drive innovation, champion AI‑enhanced engineering practices, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex integration challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the strategy, design, and delivery of integration solutions that connect applications, services, and organisational data.
Architect, develop, and maintain integration solutions using the Microsoft technology stack, ensuring performant data flows, system compatibility, and scalable operations.
Implement and advocate for modern integration patterns—including microservices, API‑led connectivity, event‑driven architectures, and pub/sub models—to build resilient, future‑ready solutions.
Provide technical direction, oversee solution architecture, and manage the full lifecycle of integration platforms across the business.
Champion modern engineering practices to ensure robust, flexible, secure integration ecosystems.
Mentor engineers and guide teams in delivering high‑quality, reliable integration outcomes, promoting best practices, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
What We’re Looking For
Strong hands‑on experience with .NET (C#) for building APIs, microservices, and integration components.
Proficiency with Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid.
Experience with microservices, containers (Docker), and AKS.
Familiarity with CI/CD and Git in Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of integration patterns: pub/sub, event‑driven, request/response, API‑led connectivity, batch.
Knowledge of SQL Server, non‑relational databases, and messaging/serialization formats (JSON, XML, Avro).
Strong grounding in security best practices: OAuth2, JWT, TLS, API security.
Excellent problem‑solving skills for complex integration scenarios.
Strong communicator, able to translate technical detail into business impact.
Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable, with a passion for mentoring and driving innovation.
Commitment to AI‑enhanced, secure, reliable, high‑performance engineering.
