Lead and manage end-to-end EMEA immigration cases, ILR applications, global business-travel visas, sponsor licence and right-to-work compliance. Advise employees and stakeholders, manage external counsel, monitor legislation, streamline processes, and partner with HR, Talent Acquisition and Legal to deliver compliant, commercial immigration support.

Lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive learning curriculum and AI-driven learning strategy, while evaluating program effectiveness and facilitating engaging learning experiences.

Provide Level 1 technical support for Windows and Mac systems, mobile devices, office hardware, peripherals, and basic network connectivity. Set up laptops, desks, monitors, and other equipment; assist employees, guests, and candidates; document procedures; and escalate complex issues to higher-level Tech Services staff. This fully in-office role requires strong customer service, organization, troubleshooting ability, flexibility, and occasional travel to other offices.
