Supports EMEA HR Operations and HR Business Partner teams across onboarding, Workday administration, benefits, payroll coordination, employment verifications, compliance, employee lifecycle transactions, reporting, and process improvement. Manages employee-facing HR queries, benefits data, vendor communications, audits, policy updates, and documentation while partnering with Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Recruiting, Talent Development, and business leaders.

Provide Level 1 technical support for Windows and Mac systems, mobile devices, office hardware, peripherals, and basic network connectivity. Set up laptops, desks, monitors, and other equipment; assist employees, guests, and candidates; document procedures; and escalate complex issues to higher-level Tech Services staff. This fully in-office role requires strong customer service, organization, troubleshooting ability, flexibility, and occasional travel to other offices.

Quantitative Researchers analyze data sets, identify patterns, and develop predictive trading models while collaborating with various stakeholders in trading strategies.

Design, implement, maintain, and support large-scale HPC compute, storage, and monitoring systems. Build tooling, automate deployments, profile and debug application stacks, collaborate with researchers and vendors, participate in maintenance windows, provide on-call operational support, and improve documentation and testing infrastructure.
