Lead end-to-end Markets Operations transformation using AI and automation. Define problem statements, drive data strategy, manage PMO governance, deliver MVP-to-scale execution, ensure compliance and benefits realization, and coach teams to institutionalize scalable processes and controls.

Coordinates early-career recruiting activities, including interview days, Superdays, campus events, candidate communications, shared mailboxes, expenses, and invoices. Supports internship and insight programs, maintains accurate recruitment information, responds to candidate queries, and helps streamline processes. The role requires occasional travel, strong organization, communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
