Lead and mentor design teams to create holistic brand and packaging concepts that connect strategy to craft. Collaborate with strategy and account teams, present to clients, refine concepts, build long-term client relationships, and champion DE+I while delivering distinctive, idea-led creative work.

Manage resourcing, scoping, time quoting, and freelance bookings for the Motion & CGI team. Maintain capacity planning and scheduling tools, build defensible time estimates, report on utilisation, identify operational improvements, and partner with Client Services and Production to keep projects on time, on budget, and well staffed.

Lead client relationships for global CPG and consumer-brand projects, champion creative collaboration, run brand identity and packaging projects end-to-end, build client development and growth plans, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and convert opportunities into long-term account growth.
