Manage resourcing, scoping, time quoting, and freelance bookings for the Motion & CGI team. Maintain capacity planning and scheduling tools, build defensible time estimates, report on utilisation, identify operational improvements, and partner with Client Services and Production to keep projects on time, on budget, and well staffed.

Lead client relationships for global CPG and consumer-brand projects, champion creative collaboration, run brand identity and packaging projects end-to-end, build client development and growth plans, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and convert opportunities into long-term account growth.

Lead creation of high-quality 3D motion and product visualisations from concept to final delivery. Produce photoreal renders, complex materials, lighting, shading and physical simulations. Drive technical and creative standards, mentor junior team members, collaborate with motion/CGI teams, and evaluate/integrate emerging AI tools into workflows to improve efficiency and output quality.
