Lead and manage Johnson Matthey's global insurance programme, driving renewals, procurement, policy oversight, claims management, and insurance strategy. Act as primary contact for brokers and insurers, coordinate insurance data, cost allocation and reporting, and collaborate with Risk and Resilience to assess exposures and optimise coverage.
