As an ERP Analyst, you'll translate business needs into functional ERP requirements, lead problem management, perform ERP configuration and data maintenance, drive process optimization, ensure compliance with IT controls, and provide user support and training.

Coordinate and administer the Management of Change (MOC) process, manage electronic MOC system and databases, train facilitators, verify drawings/P&IDs, oversee engineering project operational readiness, and ensure complete handover documentation for manufacturing operations.

Provide financial reporting and insights for non-production plants across Europe; own monthly forecasting and budgeting; perform variance, trend and profitability analysis; review inventory, pricing and cost drivers; partner with regional finance, commercial and supply chain teams; deliver ad hoc financial analysis. Fixed-term maternity cover up to 24 months.
