Responsibilities include developing multi-year growth plans, managing strategic public-sector and government accounts, leading sales leaders, improving forecasting and CRM usage, overseeing complex bids and framework agreements, and driving profitable growth across multiple specialist businesses.

Manage a multi-channel demand generation program supporting a major brand transformation. Execute campaigns within budget, drive marketing-sourced pipeline, increase brand awareness and inbound leads, and monitor customer retention, conversion, win rates, and pricing performance. The role coordinates stakeholders and agencies while using paid media, SEO, website optimization, funnel metrics, and marketing analytics to improve results and ensure a smooth customer transition.
