Own Brand Systems Product Owner manages Own Brand systems and roadmap, leads a small team, and coordinates with Tech & Change and vendors to deliver trusted data products. Responsibilities include system implementations, UAT, governance, data source management, issue resolution, and improving reporting through analytics and integrations (e.g., WPP, BazaarVoice). Uses SQL, Tableau, Google Scripts and other tools to drive data-driven decisions.

Manage UK and international B2B customer orders, deliveries and payments; handle customer queries and complaints; liaise with internal supply chain and account managers to resolve issues and ensure accurate, timely deliveries.
