Build and evolve a reliable, secure, observable AWS cloud platform supporting digital product teams. Responsibilities include infrastructure as code, automation, CI/CD enablement, cloud reliability and security, platform development, technical leadership, mentoring, stakeholder collaboration, incident response, and participation in a monthly on-call rota. The role also contributes to Agile delivery, generative AI adoption, and the design of scalable cloud infrastructure.

Lead the design of end-to-end customer experiences across Waitrose, translating customer insights into actionable priorities and long-term CX strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams to shape customer journeys, apply systems thinking, influence senior stakeholders, and lead test-and-learn activities. Establish design standards, ensure scalable solutions, and coach teams to improve experience design capability and impact.
