Manage cross-functional stakeholders, monitor proposition performance, coach a Local/Regional & Small Supplier Manager, and drive commercial growth, operational efficiency and branded innovation across regional and speciality assortments.

Lead production and maintenance of shopfit technical standards, drawings and schedules. Manage external agencies and third-party designers, collaborate with Store Concept Designers through approval stages, drive innovation (including AI), recommend sustainable materials, oversee feedback loops with stakeholders, support on-site implementation and travel to stores and suppliers.

Lead the multi-year ServiceNow product roadmap and operational delivery, overseeing vendor relationships and offshore teams. Drive platform development, integrations, governance, licensing and SOWs, champion workflow automation and adoption, measure service value and optimise costs while assuring incident escalation, OKRs and operational performance for ITSM and CMDB.
