Provide excellent customer service while performing shopkeeping tasks including stock replenishment, fulfilling online and Click & Collect orders, reducing waste via markdowns, supporting checkouts, and maintaining a safe, tidy store environment across flexible shifts including weekends and late/early hours.

Provide catering service in an employee dining room: prepare and present food, replenish and store stock, reduce waste, maintain hygiene, operate cashless tills and vending machines, support pot wash, and follow Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures to ensure a positive experience for Partners.

Provide friendly, customer-facing service at food counters, maintain presentation, hygiene and health & safety standards, manage stock, recommend products and support wider shopkeeping tasks to maximise sales and reduce waste.

Lead cost management for property programmes: establish cost models and benchmarks, manage procurement and contracts (JCT/NEC), oversee commercial risk, claims and payment audits, deliver financial reporting and forecasts, drive value engineering and Net Zero solutions, and lead a team of quantity surveyors and admin staff.
