The IT Support Apprentice will provide remote and face-to-face IT support, resolve incidents, and fulfill service requests while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced IT environment.

Evaluate search results and AI-generated content for quality, relevance, and accuracy. Conduct online research to verify information, apply rating guidelines, document edge cases, provide written feedback, participate in training/calibration, and meet productivity and quality targets.

Support the Community Affairs team by sourcing and delivering volunteer events and the annual Giving Back campaign. Manage event logistics, liaise with charity partners, track participation, handle administrative duties (platform events, calendars, invoices, reporting), and support the EMEA Impact Through Innovation Awards including application summaries and shortlisting assistance.
