Welcomes and assists customers throughout the eyewear sales process, provides personalized styling and product guidance, meets sales targets, operates tills, processes payments, manages inventory and deliveries, maintains store standards, supports visual merchandising, and performs basic eyewear ordering, verification, collection, and adjustment tasks. Full optical training is provided.

Conduct high-quality eye examinations, determine prescriptions, assess eye health, educate patients, and recommend suitable lens treatments. Support the store team through optical training, customer assistance, eye-test promotion, spectacle order checks, and collections. The role emphasizes excellent patient care, customer experience, regulatory compliance, teamwork, and Tuesday-to-Saturday availability.
