Design end-to-end SaaS product experiences for a data-visualisation platform and plugin suite. Conduct user discovery with lawyers, accountants, and consultants; prototype in Figma; design constrained-surface and API-driven workflows; contribute to the design system; and collaborate with product, engineering, and data science to deliver accessible, AI-enabled features that make complex interconnected data manageable.

Identify and contact prospective clients via cold calls and email, qualify leads, book meetings for Account Executives, and report weekly/monthly/quarterly sales results.

Owner of a 15-25 law-firm account portfolio (~$1M ARR). Drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion by monitoring health signals, running QBRs/EBRs, delivering training, negotiating contracts, and advocating customer needs across Sales and Product.
