Responsibilities include maintaining EYFS, safeguarding, health and safety, and statutory compliance; preparing for Ofsted inspections; managing occupancy and budgets; supporting team development; driving improvements; and building strong relationships with children, families, and staff.

Lead a nursery room and act as Third in Charge, delivering high-quality care and EYFS-based learning while ensuring Ofsted compliance and safeguarding. Manage and support room staff, build positive relationships with children and families, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
