Own relationships with ISV, integrator, and technology ecosystem partners supporting marketplace sellers. Responsibilities include partner onboarding, activation, commercial negotiations, revenue growth, seller enablement, cross-functional coordination, issue escalation, and performance reporting. The role tracks GMV, seller health, and activation metrics while aligning Customer Success, Fulfillment, Seller Operations, Product, and R&D teams to improve partner and seller outcomes.

Own and scale Joybuy POP’s marketplace seller lifecycle across the UK, Germany, France, and Benelux. Build efficient acquisition, onboarding, segmentation, and account management models; lead the scaled AM team; establish funnel and productivity metrics; improve seller activation and retention; partner with Compliance, Product, and Integrator teams; implement automation; and represent the function in strategic planning.

Lead supply chain optimization across inbound operations, warehouse automation, logistics processes, supplier management, and cost reduction. Analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, develop improvement plans and SOPs, iterate system capabilities, and manage cross-functional implementation projects. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, ROI, and end-to-end supply chain competitiveness across European e-commerce operations.
