Lead UK procurement strategy and execution for logistics and industrial projects. Develop procurement plans, manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, and oversee end-to-end tendering using ERP systems. Drive cost efficiency, supply chain reliability, transparency, and timely delivery while collaborating with international development and asset management teams. Requires expertise in UK procurement, construction law, JCT and NEC contracts, cost benchmarking, negotiation, and independent project leadership.

Own supply chain planning and fulfillment product development for Joybuy’s marketplace channel. Design seller-to-warehouse workflows, optimize inventory and logistics costs, analyze fulfillment metrics, develop SOPs, and drive automation initiatives. Lead WMS integrations, system migrations, facility implementations, and cross-functional delivery with sellers, technology, operations, and business teams. Use data to identify inefficiencies, improve warehouse processes, manage costs, and support cross-border logistics innovation.
