Provides first- and second-line IT support for office and remote users, troubleshooting Windows devices, iOS devices, printers, meeting-room equipment, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Active Directory, Group Policy, and other applications. The role logs and follows up on incidents with internal teams and third-party vendors, performs equipment moves, maintains documentation, prioritizes requests, and supports broader IT infrastructure activities.

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain Python software supporting commodities trading, risk management, market-data processing, logistics, accounting, financing, and operations. Collaborate with traders, quantitative analysts, and operators to translate business needs into reliable production applications. Improve application performance, reliability, usability, testing practices, and development standards while owning tasks through delivery and contributing to technical designs and code reviews.

Build, test and deploy Python-based trading, risk-management and market-data systems. Work closely with traders and analysts to translate business needs into reliable, production-grade software, own tasks end-to-end, improve performance and usability, and participate in design reviews and testing.
