Join Jane Street’s trading Operations team, initially learning daily processes and developing expertise in products and workflows. Over time, identify inefficiencies, redesign processes, improve tools and systems, reduce handoffs, and apply AI where useful. The role involves solving ambiguous problems, communicating complex ideas clearly, driving process improvements, and collaborating across Operations teams to implement changes and achieve adoption.

Supports UK and EU regulatory position reporting and disclosure obligations for a global trading business. Monitors positions, prepares submissions, reviews disclosure requirements, interprets regulatory changes, advises trading desks, improves compliance tools and controls, and responds to internal and external queries. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, communication skills, and comfort working with data and technology.

Develop and use cybersecurity monitoring tools, investigate and remediate security incidents, and protect company employees, data, and infrastructure. The role requires methodical threat investigations, programming, threat modeling, security decision-making, incident response, and communicating cybersecurity best practices across the firm while mentoring and learning from colleagues.
