Build and maintain trading desk infrastructure, support trading systems and workflows, execute data queries, solve operational issues, and coordinate with traders, developers, clearing firms, and external counterparties. The role combines coding, process optimization, stakeholder communication, trade settlement support, and collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Mentorship and training are provided, and prior finance experience is not required.

Supports the design, deployment, security, maintenance, and automation of Windows desktops, servers, and company infrastructure. Develops Windows automation and configuration-management tools, improves CI/CD systems and cross-platform frameworks, enhances monitoring and scalability, and streamlines coding and deployment workflows. Works with OCaml, F#, PowerShell, and .NET technologies alongside experienced engineers on mission-critical projects.

Create print and digital assets across recruiting, events, conferences, puzzles, games, swag, packaging, logos, and brand systems. Translate complex financial, technological, and mathematical concepts into clear, engaging visual designs. Manage multiple projects from brief through production, collaborate with stakeholders, present work, incorporate feedback, and provide constructive design guidance.
