Oversees complex automation and electromechanical systems, manufacturing integration, cybersecurity, data integrity, safety, quality, compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement. Develops senior leadership capability, succession plans, external partnerships, and global talent communities while ensuring scalable operational excellence across the organization.

Provides legal counsel and governance oversight for environmental compliance, supply chain due diligence, product regulations, corporate disclosures, permitting, incident response, audits, and regulatory reporting. Advises multinational manufacturing operations across global sites, manages compliance systems and corrective actions, assesses environmental liabilities in acquisitions, and monitors emerging regulations. Requires collaboration with supply chain, operations, and legal teams, plus expertise in environmental, social compliance, and human rights frameworks.
