Lead customer acquisition for Credit Compass by scaling Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns, launching new paid, referral, affiliate, and partner channels, and improving conversion from existing traffic. Define customer segments, develop and test messaging, run A/B experiments, analyze performance, and translate insights into repeatable growth strategies. Collaborate with product, data, and retention teams, while potentially hiring and managing an additional team member.

Design and evaluate experiments, build statistical models, and generate evidence-based insights guiding sales and marketing investment. The role involves communicating findings to nontechnical colleagues, taking analytical workstreams from framing through decision-making, applying AI tools, and collaborating with data scientists, analysts, statisticians, marketing, sales, product, design, and engineering teams.

Build, maintain, research, and improve credit risk and customer lifetime value models used for lending decisions, pricing, and portfolio strategy. The role includes production model health, incremental development, causal estimation, IFRS accounting models, and applied R&D. You will own ambiguous analytical problems end to end, use AI for prototyping and automation, critically evaluate model outputs, and communicate technical conclusions clearly.
