Own and scale paid social acquisition across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Lead campaign strategy, credit card launch marketing, full-funnel architecture, creative and influencer programs, budget allocation, incrementality testing, attribution, and landing-page optimization. Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Compliance, and Brand teams, while managing and coaching a Performance Marketing Executive. Drive profitable growth using ROI, CLTV, marginal-return, and commercial performance analysis.

Own the German customer acquisition and activation funnel from first visit through loan application. Set the product roadmap, lead scoring and segmentation, eligibility checks, signup flows, attribution, and experimentation. Partner with engineering, data science, marketing, and sales to ship improvements, resolve data quality issues, interpret A/B tests, and establish operating practices for a newly forming technical squad.

Supports the employee lifecycle across UK and German teams, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, HR data maintenance, onboarding, offboarding, background checks, and employee queries. The role requires accurate confidential-data handling, bilingual German and English communication, HR systems proficiency, independent prioritization, and a practical approach to improving People Operations processes.
