Grow manda’s M&A platform by identifying business owners preparing to sell, building targeted prospect lists, conducting personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone, following up with leads, and booking meetings with Transaction Managers. The role involves experimentation, lead scoring, analytics, credibility-building across digital channels, and using AI and automation to improve outreach efficiency.

Own partner API integrations from sandbox through launch and optimization. Guide partner engineers, review customer journeys, troubleshoot live issues using logs and code, and collaborate with internal engineers on fixes. Build integration monitoring, analyze performance data, maintain API documentation, communicate technical and commercial priorities, and represent partner needs in the product roadmap.

Build and own backend services for iwoca’s Customer Operations Platform. Responsibilities include designing distributed systems, automating operational workflows with AI and ML, migrating monolith functionality into services, developing communication tools, translating operational needs into technical architecture, and collaborating with operations and engineering stakeholders. The role also involves technical scoping, prototyping, documentation, code review, and production ownership.
