Owns post-sale technical relationships with enterprise and public-sector customers, including MDM/UEM deployments, integrations, adoption, technical reviews, issue resolution, threat guidance, documentation, renewals, and product feedback. Partners with Support, Engineering, Threat Operations, Solutions, and Account Executives while traveling to customer sites for workshops and events.

The Technical Solutions Engineer will design and develop integrations between the iVerify platform and enterprise ecosystems, focusing on APIs and customer success.
