Teams at ITRS

Lead the platform engineering organization responsible for the reliability, security, automation, and continuous improvement of ITRS’s Kubernetes-based Analytics SaaS platform. Manage and develop engineers, oversee incident response and operational standards, improve observability and resilience, and drive self-healing and intelligent automation. Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, and customer-facing teams while supporting Forward Deployed Engineering and meeting regulated-industry compliance and audit expectations.

Lead group FP&A activities including monthly management reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, and business partnering. Improve reporting processes, reconcile ARR and revenue data across Salesforce and spreadsheets, strengthen management information, and streamline finance workflows. Present insights to senior leadership, the Board, and investors while supporting data and systems transformation.

Supports enterprise sales by delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, RFP responses, and proof-of-concept implementations. Translates customer requirements into practical observability solutions, positions products against competitors, supports sales teams throughout the sales cycle, and provides technical account management for key accounts. Requires experience with APM, AIOps, monitoring tools, system administration, scripting, networking, and databases. Regional travel is required for client meetings and events.
