Owns revenue generation across an EMEA territory, including new-logo acquisition, renewals, expansion, forecasting, and enterprise account strategy. Leads complex B2B software sales to regulated-industry customers, engaging technical, procurement, legal, and executive stakeholders. Builds pipeline through prospecting and partner collaboration, coordinates cross-functional GTM teams, and acts as a player-coach with potential first-line management responsibilities.

Generate qualified sales pipeline across EMEA through high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound lead engagement. The role qualifies leads, schedules meetings for Account Executives, maintains Salesforce data, collaborates with Marketing and Sales, and targets enterprise technology decision-makers. Success is measured by outreach activity, meetings booked, lead conversion, pipeline generation, and contribution to ARR growth.

Lead the platform engineering organization responsible for the reliability, security, automation, and continuous improvement of ITRS’s Kubernetes-based Analytics SaaS platform. Manage and develop engineers, oversee incident response and operational standards, improve observability and resilience, and drive self-healing and intelligent automation. Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, and customer-facing teams while supporting Forward Deployed Engineering and meeting regulated-industry compliance and audit expectations.
