Own post-purchase customer success for real estate investor buyers. Responsibilities include onboarding, activation, account health scoring, retention and churn management, escalations, refund resolution, customer feedback analysis, reporting, and building playbooks from scratch. The role partners with sales, support, product, engineering, and analytics while directly owning retention metrics and working at least four hours daily with US Eastern Time.

Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain high-performing JV partners for a real-estate lead marketplace. Drive partner activation, monitor performance, run reviews and meetings, identify upsell opportunities, protect lead quality, and build repeatable systems across recruiting, onboarding, and partner growth while working cross-functionally to ensure operational support.

Own and scale the affiliate partner channel: source, recruit, onboard, and optimize affiliates across content, paid media, influencers, and networks. Manage tracking, creatives, campaigns, and performance metrics to grow traffic, conversions, and revenue while collaborating with product and marketing to improve funnels and tracking.
