Teams at Isometric

Lead efforts to win project developers, support teammates on priority accounts, own and improve team processes (inbound triage, supplier onboarding) using AI tools, and represent Isometric at events and to partners globally.

Lead Isometric’s design function by setting product direction and quality standards, building a high-performing design team, and remaining hands-on. Design complex AI-powered certification products that simplify dense audit workflows, while shaping the company’s broader brand across sales, social media, and merchandise. The role requires strong end-to-end UX and UI craft, experience scaling design teams and processes, comfort with ambiguity, and proactive ownership in an in-person environment.
