Provide responsive technical support through email, chat, and phone; troubleshoot and resolve product issues; answer how-to questions; collaborate with account executives and internal teams; improve help content and support workflows; analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements; and deliver proactive, high-quality customer experiences.

The Technical Adoption Architect partners with account teams and customers from pre-sales discovery through implementation and adoption. They design Ironclad workflows, templates, integrations, and phased technical roadmaps; advise on responsible AI use in contracting; lead executive demos, workshops, and enablement; manage stakeholder alignment, risks, expectations, and escalations; and provide customer insights to Product. The role requires strong consulting, solution architecture, communication, enterprise stakeholder management, and practical AI fluency.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will prioritize target accounts, engage with senior executives, and exceed quotas while collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams.
