Leads commercial growth, client relationships, international shipping coordination, pricing, profitability, and financial performance for major art fairs across the UK, Europe, and Asia. Manages customs compliance, consolidated freight routes, pre- and post-event logistics, and high-touch service for galleries and institutions. Extensive international travel is required during peak art fair events.

Supervise on-site records-move operations, including material handling, staging, loading, unloading, sorting, chain-of-custody verification, inventory checks, and high-bay sequence control. Enforce OSHA and crew-safety standards, coordinate lift and forklift operations, conduct inspections, and serve as the primary client liaison for workload variances, missing files, and damaged records.

Leads operational readiness from tender and commercial validation through implementation, site stabilization, and handover to permanent leadership. Partners with commercial and solutions teams to validate operational models, SLAs, KPIs, costs, and feasibility. Directs contract implementations, customer engagements, SOP development, reporting, and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring safety, productivity, profitability, and risk-management targets are achieved.
