Supervise daily operations to drive workforce productivity, enforce safety and security compliance, optimize routes and schedules, mentor staff, collaborate with stakeholders, and use metrics to improve branch performance and reporting.

Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, manage inventory and warehousing, oversee transportation and dispatch, support purchasing and sourcing, maintain accurate inventory records, work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve supply chain issues, and identify process improvements to reduce costs and enhance service levels.

Design and develop customized warehousing and distribution solutions by analyzing client data into activity flows, process maps, layouts, and cost models. Collaborate with business development and project teams to present solutions, gather feedback, and transition designs to operations. Perform cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, workflow and layout optimizations, and ensure solutions meet financial and performance objectives.
