Supervise daily operations to drive workforce productivity, enforce safety and security compliance, optimize routes and schedules, mentor staff, collaborate with stakeholders, and use metrics to improve branch performance and reporting.

Coordinate daily outbound shipments, manage dispatch schedules and haulier bookings, track shipments and ETAs, handle outbound paperwork and PODs, maintain KPI and carrier performance reports, ensure haulier compliance, update warehouse databases, and provide customer service and administrative support at the Lutterworth distribution hub.

The Warehouse First Line Manager leads and supports warehouse personnel, ensuring efficient operations, compliance with safety regulations, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
