Own the commercial value assessment of product investments, partnering with Product, Pricing, and go-to-market teams. Build value cases, commercial models, pricing recommendations, and performance measures using customer, product, and revenue data. Analyze usage, demand, retention, and pricing outcomes to guide product launches, renewals, scaling, or retirement decisions. Develop AI-enabled tools and repeatable workflows to scale value analysis across the Product organization, and communicate clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end implementation projects for IRIS software customers, managing plans, timelines, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, governance, documentation, and handovers. Build trusted customer relationships, coordinate internal teams and subject matter experts, communicate project status, and ensure successful delivery across complex, multi-workstream implementations. Payroll or HR software implementation experience is desirable.

Leads IRIS’s corporate applications strategy, roadmap, transformation, reliability, governance, and operational performance. Owns CRM, ERP, billing, finance, and SaaS platforms while driving consolidation, modernization, configuration-first governance, and M&A integrations. Partners with business leaders to prioritize system and process improvements, manages vendors and budgets, strengthens security and compliance, and leads business systems, application administration, and engineering teams. Oversees platform monitoring, incident management, architecture, documentation, and scalable integration across a growing international organization.
