Lead clinical operations integration and due diligence for acquired assets: assess gaps, prepare and execute transition plans (TMF/CTMS/contracts/insurance), coordinate vendors/CROs, track risks/budgets, develop KPIs and reporting, and onboard/train CDO team members to ensure smooth asset transitions.

Partner with UK & Ireland commercial and leadership teams to provide financial insight, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and investment decision support. Lead FP&A processes, support pricing and profitability analyses, ensure timely management and statutory reporting, collaborate on S&OP, drive finance process improvements and transformation, and maintain strong financial controls.

The role involves leading programming teams in biometry, developing technical solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving digital transformation in clinical data analysis.
