Owns the architecture, governance, security, compliance, and operations of Ipsen’s Microsoft 365 environment. Provides L3 support across Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, Purview, Defender, and Copilot; resolves complex incidents; develops monitoring and operational standards; automates administration with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph; and enables secure, compliant Copilot adoption. The role collaborates across identity, security, infrastructure, and digital workplace teams in a regulated enterprise environment.

Manages end-to-end financial governance and operating costs for Global Digital and IT. Responsibilities include budget execution, forecasting, purchase and invoice lifecycle management, accruals, financial close activities, cost allocation, cloud spend optimization, dashboards, ROI analysis, audit coordination, CAPA oversight, and contract lifecycle governance. The role partners with Finance, Procurement, vendors, and IT leadership to improve transparency, control, compliance, and value realization.

Leads end-to-end Data, Analytics, and AI projects across business domains, from scoping and planning through delivery, adoption, and operational handover. Coordinates business, data, technology, security, compliance, and external partner teams while managing scope, budgets, timelines, risks, governance, requirements, and stakeholder communications. Ensures solutions meet business, data quality, privacy, security, and compliance expectations and contributes to improved project delivery standards.
