Leads the design, automation, and continuous improvement of CMC regulatory processes, systems, reporting, and data management. Oversees Veeva RIM capabilities, submission readiness, compliance metrics, regulatory intelligence, strategic planning, templates, training, and cross-functional collaboration. Drives digitalization, organizational transformation, process standardization, and cultural change across global regulatory CMC activities while coaching teams and supporting resource planning.

Lead design and delivery of global scientific training for medical affairs, build blended learning journeys using adult-learning principles, collaborate with regional medical teams, drive capability development, support MEGS training data, ensure compliance with SOPs, and provide global project leadership to enhance medical expertise and business outcomes.

Lead operationalization of global clinical development resourcing, budgeting, and performance reporting. Build resourcing tools, dashboards, and analyses to inform portfolio and capacity decisions, support CDO finance and governance, and coordinate Strategy & Operations activities and events.
