Leads document control for the SURF work package across project phases, defining processes, maintaining the document management system, supervising four Document Controllers, managing correspondence and final documentation, coordinating with contractors, supporting SharePoint administration, and reporting documentation concerns to management. Requires extensive document control leadership experience on large industrial projects, preferably in oil and gas engineering and construction.

Leads subsea structures engineering for a deepwater SURF project across EPSCC phases. Responsibilities include design review, contractor and supplier supervision, procurement and fabrication follow-up, installation analysis, technical interface coordination, HSE and QA/QC compliance, risk management, and constructability optimization for FLETs, ILTs, foundations, pipe supports, sleepers, and anchoring systems.

Lead all interface activities for the SURF scope on a deepwater oil project. Coordinate exchanges and handovers between SURF, SPS, FPSO, drilling, and other contractors; manage contractor interface deliverables; and ensure H3SE&Q compliance. The role requires strong SURF, riser, umbilical, hook-up, pre-commissioning, and EPCI execution experience in complex multicultural projects.
