Duties include developing manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, documentation, work instructions, validation, process controls, configuration changes, and performance improvements. The role supports shop-floor builds, defect resolution, DFM/DFA, process transfers to contract manufacturers, pilot builds, operator training, and continuous improvement across internal and partner manufacturing facilities.

Lead the industrialisation of a complex power-electronic transformer from engineering builds into safe, repeatable production. Responsibilities include developing manufacturing concepts, delivering equipment, coordinating DFM/DFA, preparing readiness documentation, managing configuration changes and risks, supporting early builds, improving yield and cycle time, and transferring processes to contract manufacturers. The role bridges Engineering and Operations and requires hands-on shop-floor engagement, technical leadership, and supplier collaboration.
