Design and develop mechanical assemblies and cooling systems for inverters and power equipment from concept to production. Work hands-on in prototyping, testing, BOM/component selection, and create documentation for manufacturing and installation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design, develop and validate control algorithms and models for power-electronics systems. Run simulations and lab tests, troubleshoot hardware/software, analyse performance data, support verification/validation, and create technical documentation while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.

Lead development and validation of high-fidelity power system models and EMT simulations, perform stability, fault and harmonics analysis, guide design reviews, support product integration into networks, assist business development and testing, and produce technical documentation to ensure grid-code compliance and successful field deployments.

Design, prototype, and validate grid-connected power electronics (inverters, DC-DC/AC-DC), develop PCB layouts, perform thermal and EMC/EMI optimisation, conduct lab and site testing, debug system-level issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver producible, standards-compliant products.

Lead architecture, design, prototyping, and validation of high-voltage, grid-connected power electronics (PCS, EV chargers, SST). Drive PCB, magnetics, control and EMI/EMC design, system-level verification, lab testing and certification. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and produce engineering documentation for commercialisation and compliance.

Lead regulatory and compliance for the Hybrid Intelligent Transformer across multiple markets. Translate standards into certification roadmaps, develop and run test plans with labs, resolve test failures, maintain certification documentation, engage standards bodies and grid operators, mentor juniors, and plan compliance budgets and resources.
