Owns the full sales cycle for Invisors’ Workday services, from territory planning and prospecting through proposals, negotiations, contracting, and transition to delivery. Builds relationships with Workday stakeholders and prospects, develops pursuit strategies and win themes, coordinates internal solution teams, manages RFP responses, supports pricing, and participates in marketing events. The role also requires educating prospects on Workday capabilities, identifying opportunities, tracking sales activity, and coaching pursuit teams.

Lead Workday integrations for clients: run discovery, estimate scope, manage tenant builds and integration workstreams, direct and mentor consultants, and contribute to internal practice development and delivery.

Implement and support Workday HCM projects: lead client demos, independently perform primary implementation tasks, produce routine deliverables with minimal supervision, occasionally act as Senior Consultant for workstreams, contribute to internal initiatives and methodology development.

Lead client requirements and design sessions, configure and deliver Workday Recruiting solutions, mentor junior consultants, and support project delivery. Collaborate with architects and leadership, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to internal process and team initiatives.

Lead project workstreams by coaching junior consultants and managing the design and delivery of Workday projects while ensuring teamwork and effective client solutions.

As a Workday PSA Senior Consultant, you will lead client projects, manage workstreams, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to internal improvements.

Lead and deliver change management programs for Workday HCM and Financial deployments. Design change strategy, communications, and training; collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and customer success. Identify improvements to service offerings.

Lead HCM Workday workstreams (integrations, tenant builds, forecasting), supervise consultants, facilitate client requirements, estimate scope, enforce methodology, and contribute to internal initiatives and people management.
