Leads manager due diligence, investment research, underwriting, portfolio construction, and risk assessment across private and listed credit strategies. Evaluates external investment managers, conducts meetings with general partners, monitors performance and style drift, develops investment recommendations, and prepares committee, client, and presentation materials. Contributes to thematic research, asset allocation, multi-asset portfolio management, and client engagement.

Manage product research and insights across EMEA, serving as a subject-matter expert on active public and private investment products. Conduct competitor, market, client-demand, and asset-flow research; identify product opportunities and strategic gaps; support product development, prioritization, positioning, and lifecycle management. Translate intelligence into commercial recommendations, investment content, and client engagement strategies while influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Distribution, Investments, and Marketing.

Design, build, and support ETF platform capabilities for portfolio construction, trading, analytics, and operations. Develop Python-based services, SQL ETL and tuned queries, event-driven architectures (Kafka), and cloud-native AWS applications. Implement CI/CD, ensure data quality, observability and lineage, partner with investment teams, institutionalize AI-assisted development, and participate in production support and on-call rotation.
