Lead product management for Invesco's European private credit capabilities across syndicated loans, CLOs, direct lending, and distressed credit. Drive product strategy, positioning, marketing collateral, RFP/RFI responses, client fundraising and relationship management. Partner with portfolio managers, distribution, compliance and operations to launch products, deliver client solutions, and represent product views externally. Mentor junior team members and contribute to global private markets product management best practices.

Design, build, and support ETF platform capabilities for portfolio construction, trading, analytics, and operations. Develop Python-based services, SQL ETL and tuned queries, event-driven architectures (Kafka), and cloud-native AWS applications. Implement CI/CD, ensure data quality, observability and lineage, partner with investment teams, institutionalize AI-assisted development, and participate in production support and on-call rotation.

The Senior Risk Analyst supports risk management in Private Credit by analyzing investment risks, collaborating with teams, developing models, and ensuring compliance with risk guidelines.
