Owns the lifecycle and strategic direction of Microsoft Copilot Studio AI agents for asset management, from ideation through production and scale. Defines product vision, requirements, prompts, guardrails, integrations, success metrics, and acceptance criteria while partnering with business, engineering, architecture, security, and governance teams. Ensures agents deliver measurable value, maintain secure and compliant data access, minimize risks, and support responsible enterprise-wide adoption.

Lead product management for Invesco's European private credit capabilities across syndicated loans, CLOs, direct lending, and distressed credit. Drive product strategy, positioning, marketing collateral, RFP/RFI responses, client fundraising and relationship management. Partner with portfolio managers, distribution, compliance and operations to launch products, deliver client solutions, and represent product views externally. Mentor junior team members and contribute to global private markets product management best practices.

Manage product research and insights across EMEA, serving as a subject-matter expert on active public and private investment products. Conduct competitor, market, client-demand, and asset-flow research; identify product opportunities and strategic gaps; support product development, prioritization, positioning, and lifecycle management. Translate intelligence into commercial recommendations, investment content, and client engagement strategies while influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Distribution, Investments, and Marketing.

Design, build, and support ETF platform capabilities for portfolio construction, trading, analytics, and operations. Develop Python-based services, SQL ETL and tuned queries, event-driven architectures (Kafka), and cloud-native AWS applications. Implement CI/CD, ensure data quality, observability and lineage, partner with investment teams, institutionalize AI-assisted development, and participate in production support and on-call rotation.
