Manages regional Ion System clinical sales operations, including program launches, installations, training, utilization growth, and account expansion. Hires, trains, and develops the clinical sales team; supports key opinion leader development; provides product education; and collaborates with training and marketing teams. Requires medical device capital equipment sales expertise, operating room or endoscopy knowledge, and up to 70% field travel.

Manage and grow da Vinci installed base within strategic UK & Ireland accounts. Drive capital system placements, expand clinical utilization, develop training and clinical programs, support contract negotiations, collaborate with sales and clinical teams, and lead executive/customer engagement to accelerate procedures and capital placements. Manage budgets, travel extensively, and implement account-level strategies and product launch plans.
