Leads Intrum’s UK Investment & Analytics function, overseeing portfolio acquisition strategy, valuation, pricing, underwriting, performance optimization, advanced analytics, forecasting, and investment governance. Advises executive leadership and investment committees on opportunities, risks, capital allocation, and market trends. Ensures regulatory compliance, risk management, and disciplined investment decisions while building high-performing analytical and commercial teams.

Lead end-to-end enterprise B2B sales, develop and close complex multi-stakeholder opportunities, build C-suite relationships, design tailored solutions with internal teams, manage pipeline in Salesforce, represent Intrum externally, and ensure FCA Consumer Duty alignment.

Plans workforce demand across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons; converts forecasts into staffing, capacity, skill-mix, shift, and rota requirements. Monitors performance through variance analysis and reforecasting, maintains workforce management systems, and recommends hiring, training, and resource allocation changes. Partners with operational leaders, leads planning discussions, identifies process improvements, and uses management information to support customer operations and effective customer outcomes.
