Leads Intrum’s UK Investment & Analytics function, overseeing portfolio acquisition strategy, valuation, pricing, underwriting, performance optimization, advanced analytics, forecasting, and investment governance. Advises executive leadership and investment committees on opportunities, risks, capital allocation, and market trends. Ensures regulatory compliance, risk management, and disciplined investment decisions while building high-performing analytical and commercial teams.

The Underwriting Manager will lead a team to conduct financial analysis, run forecasting models, support valuations, and maintain tools for portfolio evaluation while ensuring high-quality outputs and excellent communication with stakeholders.

Analyze, process and present portfolio financial data; support investment memorandums and valuations across jurisdictions; build and maintain analysis models/tools; ensure high-quality outputs, stakeholder communication, deadline adherence, and provide team support.

Lead end-to-end enterprise B2B sales, develop and close complex multi-stakeholder opportunities, build C-suite relationships, design tailored solutions with internal teams, manage pipeline in Salesforce, represent Intrum externally, and ensure FCA Consumer Duty alignment.
