Lead client workshops, design Okta solution architectures, configure authentication/session/device-assurance policies, pilot and roll out changes, produce design documentation and reusable templates, support delivery planning, mentor junior consultants, and report progress to keep implementations on track.

Partner with sales to qualify opportunities and deliver Okta technical presentations, demos and PoCs. Gather requirements, design Okta-based solution architectures, support RFP/RFI responses, build pre-sales assets, and advise customers on IAM best practices and the wider IAM ecosystem.
