Leads global tax reporting and compliance, including IFRS tax reporting, Pillar 2 filings, Country-by-Country reporting, UK corporate tax returns, outsourced compliance, tax risk management, VAT, PSA reporting, and tax notes. Partners with European and Iberian finance teams on acquisitions, restructuring, transfer pricing, country entry, cash repatriation, and tax audits. Requires ACA or ATT qualification and at least five years of experience.

Manage the Group’s finance systems strategy, roadmap, governance, budgets, vendors, and day-to-day operations. Partner with Finance, IT, Operations, and other stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, maintain controls, oversee NetSuite development, resolve issues, support users, and improve system performance. The role also leads teams, manages contracts and licenses, develops business cases, and ensures finance systems align with organizational needs, compliance requirements, and financial objectives.

Leads end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of technology, data, and digital transformation initiatives, with primary responsibility for a data strategy programme. Manages scope, milestones, RAID logs, dependencies, governance, risks, and cross-functional workstreams. Coordinates engineering, BI, technology, business, and external partners while preparing detailed delivery reporting and concise executive updates. Supports governance forums, options assessments, compliance risk management, and shifting portfolio priorities in a developing, multi-workstream environment.
