Leads global procurement operations transformation, governance, process harmonization, ESG initiatives, change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and procurement technology adoption. The role manages S2P process improvements, supplier risk, sustainable sourcing, digital enablement, operational metrics, and cross-functional programs across international schools, regional hubs, and shared-service teams. Periodic international travel is required.

Lead an international school’s academic, strategic, operational, commercial, and community performance. Drive teaching quality, student outcomes, safeguarding, inclusion, wellbeing, staff development, succession planning, enrolment, financial responsibility, and continuous school improvement. Build strong relationships with students, families, staff, and stakeholders while collaborating across ISP’s global network.

Manage the Group’s finance systems strategy, roadmap, governance, budgets, vendors, and day-to-day operations. Partner with Finance, IT, Operations, and other stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, maintain controls, oversee NetSuite development, resolve issues, support users, and improve system performance. The role also leads teams, manages contracts and licenses, develops business cases, and ensures finance systems align with organizational needs, compliance requirements, and financial objectives.
