Analyze and integrate grants, finance, and program datasets to build dashboards and reports, produce actionable insights for CRRD leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve data collection and reporting processes.

Coordinate day-to-day operations for an Infectious Disease AI and Data Governance portfolio: maintain workplans and dashboards, manage IRB/DUA/MTA processes, oversee secure dataset ingestion and QA/QC, support multilingual training curricula and REDCap workflows, liaise with country partners and research teams, assist donor reporting and business development, and provide administrative support to ensure timely delivery and compliance in humanitarian health settings.

Lead the Prospect Research & Management team to deliver high-value donor research and due diligence, translate fundraising strategy into research plans, manage CRM and subscription tools, drive innovation in methodology and procurement, build strategic relationships with fundraising leadership, and line-manage and mentor a team to increase philanthropic support.
