Leads supply chain digitalization benchmarking across humanitarian organizations and supports the design, delivery, documentation, and reporting of governance, data standards, and interoperability pilots. Translates research and sector mapping into practical pilot inputs, consolidates benchmarking evidence, coordinates stakeholders, tracks concurrent workstreams, and prepares progress updates and completion reports for project partners and funders.

Leads IRC’s humanitarian research strategy, teams, and cross-sector projects; serves as a principal investigator and Institutional Review Board Chair; strengthens ethical research systems, data practices, reproducibility, and AI-enabled methods; builds partnerships, publishes findings, influences policy, fundraises, and manages budgets. The role requires extensive research leadership in humanitarian or development contexts, strong publication and fundraising records, and travel up to 25%.

Develop and maintain PowerApps and Power Automate solutions supporting organization-wide data products and KPI decision-making. Responsibilities include data platform development, systems integration, technical documentation, data quality and security standards, requirements translation, and Tier-2/Tier-3 technical support. The role collaborates with data engineering, QA, project management, and program data systems teams, and provides technical assistance during technology pilots.
