Lead IRC's AI governance and enterprise AI projects—from intake, high-risk reviews, and policy implementation to cross-functional project delivery. Coordinate reviewers, maintain audit trails and guidance, manage project plans, sprints, testing, rollouts, and change management. Communicate status to senior leadership, surface risks, and drive responsible AI adoption across a global humanitarian organization.

Lead the Prospect Research & Management team to deliver high-value donor research and due diligence, translate fundraising strategy into research plans, manage CRM and subscription tools, drive innovation in methodology and procurement, build strategic relationships with fundraising leadership, and line-manage and mentor a team to increase philanthropic support.

Serve as a Trustee providing governance, strategic oversight, risk and financial scrutiny, and external advocacy for IRC UK. Contribute expertise to Board and committee work, uphold safeguarding and equality commitments, and participate in meetings and annual programme visits.
