Lead solicitation and stewardship of a portfolio of corporate partners (primarily Financial Services), develop fundraising and activation strategies, produce proposals and materials, manage account plans and KPIs, collaborate with communications and program teams, drive revenue growth and donor satisfaction, and represent IRC at partner meetings and events.

Analyze and integrate grants, finance, and program datasets to build dashboards and reports, produce actionable insights for CRRD leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve data collection and reporting processes.

Lead the Prospect Research & Management team to deliver high-value donor research and due diligence, translate fundraising strategy into research plans, manage CRM and subscription tools, drive innovation in methodology and procurement, build strategic relationships with fundraising leadership, and line-manage and mentor a team to increase philanthropic support.
