Lead technical strategy and delivery for IRC's program-facing AI portfolio. Manage and grow an engineering and applied-AI team, design and ship agentic systems, predictive analytics, and diagnostics for low-resource settings, oversee Azure-based high-availability architecture, DevOps/CI-CD, security and cost optimization, and partner closely with program leaders and frontier AI organizations to scale responsible, safe AI solutions.

Lead end-to-end deployment and adaptation of LLM-based systems in humanitarian program contexts. Configure prompts, workflows, and integrations; test and red-team for safety; collect user feedback; train field teams; iterate on deployments; translate field insights into product improvements and reusable deployment frameworks to scale impact.

Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for immunization programs in fragile and conflict-affected settings: lead strategic projects, provide remote and in-country TA, develop tools and training, monitor program quality and KPIs, support MEAL and learning, and contribute to business development and donor engagement.

Lead strategy, operations, and team for IRC enterprise AI and digital workplace platforms (M365, Box, Claude, Copilot, Power Platform). Own roadmap, vendor operations, license management, AI adoption, governance compliance, and user support to drive measurable platform value across a distributed global workforce.

The Cost Research Advisor will conduct cost analyses, provide technical assistance, and synthesize evidence for humanitarian programming decision-making, focusing on cost-effectiveness and efficiency in IRC's interventions.
