Provides administrative, coordination, knowledge management, communications, and logistical support to the METAL Unit. Responsibilities include managing meetings, retreats, events, invoices, onboarding, shared repositories, Box folders, RescueNet resources, trackers, staff rosters, newsletters, and distribution lists. The role also supports data cleanup and analysis, maintains documentation, coordinates with IT and platform administrators, and helps leadership and distributed teams operate effectively.

Manage multiple concurrent IT and MarTech initiatives from planning through launch and post-delivery review. Serve as Scrum Master, maintain project plans and backlogs, manage budgets, vendors, risks, requirements, testing, and stakeholder communications. Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to shape roadmaps and deliver enhancements, integrations, and new capabilities across fundraising, e-commerce, CRM, website, data, email, and SMS platforms.

Develop and support IRC’s global data collection and program administration tools, including CommCare, Power BI dashboards, and an Azure-based SQL Server data warehouse. Responsibilities include software and data platform development, requirements analysis, documentation, data quality, security compliance, Tier-2 and Tier-3 support, training, rollout assistance, and stakeholder collaboration. The role also contributes to development standards, testing, version control, and agile delivery processes.

Leads end-to-end delivery of multiple MarTech initiatives supporting IRC fundraising and digital supporter experiences. Manages roadmaps, project plans, Agile ceremonies, requirements, testing, budgets, vendors, risks, and stakeholder communications. Oversees platforms including Drupal, Salesforce, Databricks, donation systems, email marketing, and SMS tools. Partners with Product Managers, Business Analysts, engineers, and executives to deliver enhancements, integrations, and new capabilities within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Leads the Prospect Research and Management team supporting high-value fundraising. Develops research strategy, oversees confidential donor and prospect profiles, manages databases and subscription tools, translates complex data into fundraising insights, drives pipeline development, leads cross-functional initiatives, manages vendors and budgets, and mentors four direct reports. Partners with senior philanthropy, corporate partnerships, foundations, analytics, finance, and strategy stakeholders to inform donor cultivation, stewardship, and organizational decision-making.
