Lead technical strategy and delivery for IRC's program-facing AI portfolio. Manage and grow an engineering and applied-AI team, design and ship agentic systems, predictive analytics, and diagnostics for low-resource settings, oversee Azure-based high-availability architecture, DevOps/CI-CD, security and cost optimization, and partner closely with program leaders and frontier AI organizations to scale responsible, safe AI solutions.

Designs and delivers AI capacity-building programs across IRC global operations. Develops foundational AI literacy, workflow-embedded learning, multilingual e-learning, microlearning, job aids, and scenario-based activities. Facilitates hands-on training, coaches staff, partners with AI and technical teams, tracks learning analytics, and integrates responsible AI, data protection, and ethical guidance into training.

Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for immunization programs in fragile and conflict-affected settings: lead strategic projects, provide remote and in-country TA, develop tools and training, monitor program quality and KPIs, support MEAL and learning, and contribute to business development and donor engagement.

Support East Africa country teams through the full business development lifecycle for institutional donors: opportunity identification, donor engagement, proposal development, budget review, compliance, partner coordination, award negotiation, and capacity building. Represent IRC with donors and partners and support knowledge management and regional BD strategy.

Lead financial management for the IRC UK RAI programme, partnering with programme teams on planning, budgeting, forecasting, grant compliance, risk management and audit readiness. Produce monthly management accounts and budget vs actual reporting, review contracts and partner finances, line-manage a Programme Finance Officer, deliver finance training, and drive process improvements including exploring AI tools to improve financial workflows.

Manage delivery of ServiceNow-centric enterprise application enhancements and integrations using Agile/Scrum. Coordinate cross-functional teams, release schedules, technical documentation, testing, vendor integrations, risk mitigation, and program roadmaps to support IRCs evolving IT support model.

The Manager, Planning & Performance will oversee departmental infrastructure, ensuring efficient goal-setting, performance management, and knowledge sharing while utilizing AI tools and managing people operations processes.

Lead the Prospect Research & Management team to deliver high-value donor research and due diligence, translate fundraising strategy into research plans, manage CRM and subscription tools, drive innovation in methodology and procurement, build strategic relationships with fundraising leadership, and line-manage and mentor a team to increase philanthropic support.

Lead IRC's AI governance and enterprise AI projects—from intake, high-risk reviews, and policy implementation to cross-functional project delivery. Coordinate reviewers, maintain audit trails and guidance, manage project plans, sprints, testing, rollouts, and change management.
