Leads supply chain digitalization benchmarking across humanitarian organizations and supports the design, delivery, documentation, and reporting of governance, data standards, and interoperability pilots. Translates research and sector mapping into practical pilot inputs, consolidates benchmarking evidence, coordinates stakeholders, tracks concurrent workstreams, and prepares progress updates and completion reports for project partners and funders.

Responsibilities include data platform development, systems integration, technical documentation, data quality and security standards, requirements translation, and Tier-2/Tier-3 technical support. The role collaborates with data engineering, QA, project management, and program data systems teams, and provides technical assistance during technology pilots.

Lead technical strategy and delivery for IRC's program-facing AI portfolio. Manage and grow an engineering and applied-AI team, design and ship agentic systems, predictive analytics, and diagnostics for low-resource settings, oversee Azure-based high-availability architecture, DevOps/CI-CD, security and cost optimization, and partner closely with program leaders and frontier AI organizations to scale responsible, safe AI solutions.

Coordinates PlayMatters research and learning activities across Ethiopia, South Sudan, and Uganda. Responsibilities include managing mixed-methods studies, adapting and validating research instruments, programming data-collection tools, training enumerators, cleaning and analyzing data, supporting randomized controlled trial preparation, coordinating external research partners, conducting evidence reviews, and disseminating findings through workshops, reports, presentations, and academic publications. The role also leads the consortium learning agenda and integrates evidence into adaptive program management.

Leads IRC UK’s People and Culture function, overseeing HR service delivery, employment-law compliance, employee relations, workforce planning, organisational design, engagement, inclusion, safeguarding, reporting, and trade union negotiations. Advises senior leaders in a global matrix environment, manages the UK HR team, supports restructures and redundancy processes, and drives leadership development, organisational effectiveness, and alignment with global people strategy.

Drives AI adoption across IRC’s global operations by identifying and prioritizing use cases, defining requirements, coordinating development, supporting testing and deployment, redesigning workflows, and leading sustained user adoption. The role manages an AI opportunity pipeline, measures impact, develops training and communications, supports end users, and scales successful solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and other functions.

Leads the Prospect Research and Management team supporting high-value fundraising. Develops research strategy, oversees confidential donor and prospect profiles, manages databases and subscription tools, translates complex data into fundraising insights, drives pipeline development, leads cross-functional initiatives, manages vendors and budgets, and mentors four direct reports. Partners with senior philanthropy, corporate partnerships, foundations, analytics, finance, and strategy stakeholders to inform donor cultivation, stewardship, and organizational decision-making.
