Teams at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG)

Oversee fund accounting, financial control, investor and regulatory reporting for private equity and LP secondary funds. Responsibilities include managing fund administrators, reviewing valuations, monitoring fund cash and liquidity, ensuring compliance with fund agreements, overseeing portfolio administration, supporting tax and fund structuring activities, and reporting management fees and AUM to group finance. The role also coordinates with auditors, investors, internal teams, and external stakeholders while maintaining strong controls and process documentation.

Support CLO operations by monitoring daily cash projections, producing hypothetical trade results, preparing weekly portfolio reports, advising on compliance tests and funding, coordinating with portfolio management, administrators and middle office providers, resolving trading and investor issues, reviewing waterfall calculations, and interpreting complex legal documentation.

Supports private equity secondary investments across the full deal lifecycle, including financial modeling, opportunity screening, valuation, deal structuring, execution, portfolio monitoring, investment committee materials, market research, and strategy analysis. The role requires strong corporate finance and accounting knowledge, analytical ability, communication skills, attention to detail, and effectiveness in a fast-paced global team.
