You will evaluate, underwrite, and execute private equity fund investments and related co-investments, working closely with senior stakeholders and managing relationships with GPs.

Produce, publish and optimise written and visual content across internal and external channels. Measure content and channel performance (for human and AI audiences), collaborate with colleagues and agencies, manage CMS and social media, and support wider Corporate Affairs activities. Role level (Analyst or Associate) depends on experience and may include mentoring or managing contractors and ensuring compliance with governance and risk policies.

The M&A Associate Director will lead and support portfolio companies in M&A activities, ensuring they have effective processes, governance, and teams to optimize acquisition opportunities, while engaging with stakeholders and leveraging networks across Europe.
