Lead credit analysis for leveraged loans and high-yield bonds: assess new opportunities, build financial models, monitor a 25–35 name coverage list, prepare investment papers for the Investment Committee, liaise with management teams, support fundraising and legal documentation review, and maintain portfolio monitoring models and proprietary database. Work closely with portfolio managers, traders and global teams to identify secondary market opportunities and present relative-value ideas.

Lead post-closing investment operations for private markets, ensuring accurate capture of commercial deal terms in IBOR (V3/WSO), transitioning to eFront. Manage lifecycle events, reconciliations, third-party administrator interfaces, process improvements, new product launches, and system implementations while supporting internal stakeholders and presenting at meetings.

Supports European private equity investments across origination, diligence, deal execution, portfolio management, value creation, and exit planning. Responsibilities include financial modeling, valuation and capital structure analysis, investment thesis development, due diligence coordination, Investment Committee materials, transaction workstreams, portfolio monitoring, bolt-on acquisitions, and target research. The Associate works directly with management teams, advisers, lenders, and other stakeholders across UK and European transactions.

Lead legal structuring, negotiation, and investor closings for CLOs, liquid credit funds, and related investment vehicles. Manage external counsel and key fund documentation, including offering circulars, trust deeds, prospectuses, collateral management agreements, PPMs, and side letters. Support product approvals, advise internal stakeholders, and collaborate with tax, fund operations, marketing, client relations, and portfolio management teams globally.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior Managing Directors: extensive diary and email management, international travel coordination, event and offsite planning, document and presentation preparation, MS Teams liaison, expenses, onboarding/offboarding, and ad hoc cover for other Executive Assistants.

Support CLO operations by monitoring daily cash projections, producing hypothetical trade results, preparing weekly portfolio reports, advising on compliance tests and funding, coordinating with portfolio management, administrators and middle office providers, resolving trading and investor issues, reviewing waterfall calculations, and interpreting complex legal documentation.

The Analyst, Shareholder Relations will support shareholder relations activities by monitoring market developments, producing announcements, and targeting shareholders while collaborating with internal teams.

The Investment Compliance Director provides compliance oversight for private markets strategies, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements while partnering with various teams and managing stakeholder engagement.

You will evaluate, underwrite, and execute private equity fund investments and related co-investments, working closely with senior stakeholders and managing relationships with GPs.

The Legal Counsel will draft and review legal documents for corporate and commercial matters, negotiate contracts, and advise on regulatory frameworks, requiring collaboration across the business.
